Javier began his professional practice in the city of Cancun, Quintana Roo in 2011 dealing with matters related to corporate law, trademark protection, copyright and data protection issues. At the beginning of the year 2018, he moved to Mexico City to specialize his practice in matters related to intellectual property and personal data.
In his professional career Javier has participated in the consultancy for the formation of corporations; drafting of Shareholders’ Meeting Minutes; due diligence of companies and review of corporate documents; drafting of civil and mercantile contracts; phonetic and figurative availability searches of marks; trademark protection in Mexico and abroad; protection of reservation of rights to the exclusive use; drafting of authorization letters for the use of image rights; drafting of privacy notices; drafting of confidentiality agreements.
