Alejandra has over 15 years of experience in the field of trademarks, copyrights, and related litigation, providing a wide range of services including specialized legal consultancy, comprehensive client advice on intellectual property issues, management of trademark and copyright registrations, processing of declarations for recognized or notorious trademarks, development of strategies for the protection of intellectual property rights, and litigation involving distinctive signs, unfair competition, trade dress, and misleading advertising.
She represent the clients before various authorities, including the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, the Federal Court for Administrative Affairs, Federal Courts, and the Supreme Court of Justice. She draft cease and desist letters, tailor contracts to the specific needs of clients, initiate and respond to administrative claims before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property and the National Copyright Institute, and oversee the corresponding procedures.
Additionally, She prepare nullity claims before the Federal Court for Administrative Affairs, as well as amparo lawsuits and related appeals before federal courts, ensuring meticulous attention to each stage of the process. She also file review petitions and requests for the Supreme Court of Justice's jurisdiction.
