Joined Sánchez Devanny as an intern in March 2021 to support in the area of labor consulting and litigation. Experience mainly in labor terminations, drafting of agreements, responses to lawsuits, conciliations before the Labor Conciliation Center, and evaluation of risks derived from the labor-employer relationship.
Representation in labor litigation and consultancy, achieving a large reduction in the percentage of labor litigation with the implementation of systems for adequate legal-business management. In addition, skills, and knowledge to find proactive and creative solutions, providing a service that can generate confidence and security for customers by always working with adherence to ethical, legal and professional values.
