Andrés Cantú is an associate in the tax consulting practice group in our Monterrey office. He focuses his practice on advising, planning, and taking part in audits in tax matters. Particularly, he has focused on the follow-up of Value Added Tax refund applications for companies in the automotive and real estate industries, corporate restructurings of entities located in territories with preferential tax regimes, preparation of tax calculations such as tax costs basis of shares issued by companies, attention to reviews carried out by the Mexican tax authority and tax compliance.
He has specialized for three years in the area of Tax Consulting.
Law degree at Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey 2022.
