Experience
Ángel has over three years of experience in the securities market, specializing in providing comprehensive advice to issuers and underwriters, both domestic and international, on debt, equity, and related securities offerings. He has participated in a wide range of financing operations, including international debt offerings, equity transactions, local debt issuances, public mergers and acquisitions, asset securitizations, and structured products.
Before joining Sánchez Devanny, Ángel spent more than three years working at a firm specializing in capital markets, banking, and finance, where he gained valuable experience advising and structuring some of the most significant transactions in the industry. He holds a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Mexico City campus, and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Financial Law Institutions at Universidad Panamericana.
