Brandon has 3 years of experience in consulting and litigation in tax matters, mainly in the following areas: Analysis and implementation of tax strategies aimed at optimizing the tax burden of taxpayers; Participation in consultations and legal controversies between taxpayers and administrative authorities; Analysis, study and monitoring of refund requests for improper payment and balance in favor; Presentation and monitoring of applications for entities authorized to receive deductible donations pursuant to the terms of the Mexican Income Tax Law; Analysis and preparation of legal opinions involving operations in Mexico and abroad, with representative experience in the construction industry, retail, digital platforms, among others.
Brandon has experience in the preparation and submission of legal briefs, as well as in the management of cases before federal and local Courts.
