Daniel has more than six years of professional experience in tax matters, advising national and foreign clients from various industries, mainly in tax disputes arising from audits and refund requests processed before state and federal authorities.
Before joining Sánchez-Devanny in 2022, he collaborated in the Federal Court of Administrative Justice and in a renowned Mexican firm specializing in tax matters, which has led him to become involved in complex litigation and administrative proceedings before the Mexican Tax Ombudsman, the Federal Tax Administration, the aforementioned Federal Court of Administrative Justice, the District Courts, the Collegiate Circuit Courts, the National Supreme Court of Justice, among others.
