Grecia has almost 6 years of experience as a corporate attorney providing legal services of corporate secretariat (shareholders’/board meetings, unanimous resolutions, foreign investment, share certificates, corporate ledgers, etc.), transactional Due Diligence reports for national and international corporate groups, corporate restructuring (mergers, spin-offs, transfer of shares/equity interests, liquidations), incorporation of companies and establishment of branches in Mexico, legal research on consultations and preparation of legal opinions, review and drafting of agreements, among others.
Thanks to Grecia’s experience with large corporate groups in different transactions, she is able to provide a comprehensive solution to her clients, identifying the different legal implications that must be considered in each project. Additionally, she has training in certain technological tools, achieving greater efficiency and transparency in the provision of legal services.
Grecia has experience, mainly, with clients in the automotive, energy, pharmaceutical, advertising, manufacturing, and construction industries.
Prior to joining Sánchez Devanny, Grecia served as a senior attorney in the legal department of a Big Four firm, offering consulting services to transnational clients, in conjunction with the different areas of specialization necessary to provide a comprehensive solution in global transactions.
