Héctor initially practiced in the Corporate and M&A practice as a law clerk, later specializing in Tax Consulting and Planning in 2021. Having practiced in these areas of the law, he has developed as a lawyer with the ability to analyze situations from a tax and corporate point of view.

Hector has participated in advising on national and international corporate tax matters, including audits initiated by the Mexican tax authority. He has also participated in complex tax refund processes, specifically in Value Added Tax matters.
