He has more than eight years experience performing activities and audits in employment litigation matters, including labor risk evaluations, and implementation of management and control systems to lower risks related to the employment relationship. Moreover, he has drafted, reviewed, negotiated and updated employment individual and collective bargaining agreements and terminations. Additionally, he litigated and solved all types of labor conflicts before labor authorities, including filing lawsuits, answering claims, amparo claims, appointment of beneficiaries and negotiations and conciliations.
Likewise, he has served as Legal Labor Supervisor in the Litigation and Marine Law department in an important oil industry company, having among his main activities, supervising and litigating labor claims filed against the company, and providing assistance in criminal and commercial proceedings and overseeing inspections by the Ministry of Labor and related corporate proceedings related to the company’s activities before admiralty authorities.
The experience acquired over the years has given him the ability to find immediate solutions to problems arising from worker-employer relations, as well as the ability to locate areas of opportunity within the labor relations management system to avoid future labor issues.
