Josaphat has more than 8 years of experience assisting national and international companies in corporate tax matters, including compliance processes, acquisition projects, corporate restructurings, and tax reviews on purchases or sales of companies.
He has had the opportunity to support companies from different sectors, such as digital economy, capital funds, maquiladora industry, and services.
Before joining Sánchez Devanny, he worked in a national accounting firm as a Senior Advisor, giving support to clients in financial and tax matters, including restructures derived from the outsourcing reform.
