Juan Carlos has over twelve years of experience in labor advice. He began his professional experience as a public servant at the Federal Conciliation and Arbitration Board.
Subsequently, he was part of a prominent law firm in Monterrey, providing services and advising various companies on labor matters, serving as a litigator and consultant.
He served as head of the Labor department at the Mexican Social Security Institute, handling labor disputes against the institution in the state of Nuevo León, as well as various negotiations before Conciliation and Arbitration Boards.
Since June 2019, he has been a part of the labor, social security and immigration practice at Sánchez Devanny.
