He specializes in individual proceedings before local and federal Conciliation and Arbitration Labor Boards, as well as individual and collective employment terminations, and application of codes of conduct and internal labor regulations.
Likewise, he has extensive experience in individual and collective labor terminations, as well as in individual employment contract terminations due to causes attributable to the worker. Additionally, expertise includes conducting investigations and applying sanctions in cases of non-compliance with codes of conduct and internal company policies.
