Specialty in Chinese clients, both culturally and linguistically, having worked in various lines of business from this country including parcels and couriers, cosmetics, and maquiladoras. Helped Chinese companies enter the Mexican market as an external consultant and as an implant attorney (working directly in the clients’ offices) to help them become familiar with the Mexican market and laws.
Four years of professional experience at Big Four consultancy as an internal attorney in the audit area, serving large transnational companies, including SEC and PCAOB clients, as well as the transactional area. She has experience in M&A and inter-company operations. In consulting, Leticia gained experience in compliance with the SEC regulations as well as the CNBV, the sole audit circulars and related regulations and laws.
Prior to her legal experience, Leticia worked in the commercial area of companies in China, Mexico and Italy, which gave her an international commercial vision that has helped her with customer service and the way in which she serves clients, both national and international.
