Law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City campus, whose professional development began in 2017 in the field of Customs and Foreign Trade at one of the largest law firms in Mexico, dealing with both national and international companies, as well as at a specialized law firm in such matter. She has engaged in consultancy activities in foreign trade and regulatory matters, participated in various litigation cases against the customs authority, and contributed to the preparation and submission of various procedures within IMMEX Programs, VAT Certification, and importers' registry. She has been involved in the verification of the origin procedures of goods and various tax refund processes before the Tax Administration Service.
Due to all these years of professional experience, she has extensive expertise in customs litigation before local and federal courts, as well as before the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.
