Montserrat, graduate with honors in Law from the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes, has over 7 years of legal expertise in Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Her professional journey is characterized by excellence, particularly in serving clients' needs with a focus on a precise understanding of commercial operations, swift resolution of disputes, and attentive customer service.
Montserrat excels in representing both national and international companies before National Courts and in arbitration proceedings. Her outstanding achievements include recognition in the 14th edition of "The Best Lawyers" in Mexico for Corporate Law, and she holds a specialization in Amparo Indirecto from the Jonia Teaching Centre.
Montserrat recently completed the International Arbitration Specialized Course at Arbanza Arbitration School.
