Pablo has more than 13 years of experience in administrative law and regulatory practice. During this time, he has advised national and international clients on several matters, such as anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, administrative responsibilities of private entities and public officials, government’s financial liability, health and sanitary law, consumer protection, e-commerce, games and gambling, operation of commercial establishments, urban development, mobility, ports, national waters, among others.
As part of his professional practice, he has handled verification and imposition of sanctions procedures, filed suits before the Administrative courts claiming the annulment of unfounded actions of the authorities, as well as constitutional actions (Amparo suits) against actions and omissions on the part of the authorities and against general regulations.
