Tania has more than 10 years of professional experience. Among the services that she offers within her professional practice, highlighting the analysis and preparation of different types of agreements related to the energy sector (electricity and hydrocarbons). In addition, Tania provides legal advice to national and international clients regarding the implementation of the energy industry regulatory framework in Mexico, and the development and implementation of projects in upstream, midstream and downstream, as well as in conventional and renewable energies.
Due to her experience and academic background in the energy sector, Tania is at the forefront of knowledge of the regulation corresponding to the whole value chain of the energy branch in México. The aforementioned allows her to inform clients, in a timely manner, of the impact that the regulations will have on their current or future projects.
Before joining Sanchez Devanny, Tania was part of a distinguished international law firm in Mexico City specializing in energy law. In addition, she worked as a lawyer in a state-productive company developing new Mexican energy industry business and projects.
