Before joining Sanchez Devanny, he had worked at a prestigious audit firm specializing in auditing, corporate, tax, and foreign investment matters and had served for several Mexican companies dedicated to the service and manufacturing sector for over 14 years. Subsequently, he worked at a distinguished Mexican law firm for 2 years, in order to assist Japanese companies whose investment concentrated mostly in the Bajio area and in the automotive and manufacturing sector.
He has experience in corporate law advisory such as the formation of companies, legal consulting to labor and immigration matters, preparation of legal documents, contracts, and agreements necessary for the day-to-day operation of a company. In addition, he has participated in developing all kinds of legal procedures to obtain licenses, certificates, permits, and approvals from the government authorities, in order to duly fulfill the periodic obligations of the clients.
In Sanchez Devanny, he offers services to the Japanese companies already established in Mexico which may have specific legal needs, as well as to those are planning to invest in Mexico ensuring them a “soft landing”, based upon his experience developed from advising Japanese companies and his knowledge of Japanese culture.
