Georgina is a lawyer specializing in Environmental Law, as well as in ESG. She has more than 20 years of experience in consulting and advising companies from various sectors on environmental issues, proposing strategies and structures focused on regulation and compliance with the provisions in environmental matters, as well as administrative litigation.
As a leader in her practice, she has participated in numerous operations related to financial transactions, mergers & acquisitions, identifying risks and proposing solutions, and strategies in various projects related to environmental aspects.
Before joining our firm, she founded the Environmental Protection Agency of the State of Morelos and was the General Attorney, likewise within her professional experience, she has worked in several renowned law firms in México.
