Fernando
Martínez-Villarreal

Fernando specializes in national and international tax planning and has participated in various areas at the firm, providing advice on tax optimization and multi-generational family governance planning, implementation of investment vehicles and strategies with tax efficiency, estate tax planning for high net worth individuals and corporate reorganizations of companies.

 

 

Fernando also has experience in tax litigation, including the filing of administrative appeals, tax trials and amparo claims.

Prior to joining Sánchez Devanny in 2014, Fernando worked in the Federal Court of Administrative Justice.
