Lourdes joined Sánchez Devanny as a law clerk in 2005 and subsequently became part of the Firm’s Corporate and M&A and Corporate and Project Finance practice groups.
From March to June 2011 she did an internship in the German law firm Monereo Meyer Marinel-lo, S.L., at its office located in Madrid, España.
Lourdes has advised national and foreign companies and investors in corporate restructuring, including mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, dissolutions and liquidations. She has advised national and foreign businesses and investors in corporate restructuring, involving mergers, acquisitions, dissolutions and liquidations. She has also assisted in conversions and joint ventures, purchase and sale of stocks and assets, due diligence, estate planning, and legal issues related to day to day business operations.
