Mauricio has more than ten years of professional experience in constitutional judicial proceedings and federal and local administrative trials against acts from any kind of authorities (administrative, legislative and judicial).
Likewise, he has addressed administrative procedures in various matters, including administrative sanction procedures. His work stands out in various sectors/industries, such as energy, financial, environmental, infrastructure, hydrocarbons, urban development, administrative responsibilities, protection of personal data, foreign trade and customs, among others.
Before joining Sánchez Devanny, he also worked for about seven years in three of the most prestigious firms in the country.
