In her 11 years of professional experience, Corina has advised national and international companies, as well as high net worth individuals on tax issues. Her practice is primarily focused on private wealth clients on tax compliance of their foreign investments, as well as on wealth planning of their international assets, considering double tax residency issues and transfer of assets to the next generations, as well as pre-migration tax planning (either into or out of Mexico).
Corina’s practice also includes tax planning for national and international companies, such as corporate tax matters, including M&A and corporate restructures, as well as cross-border transactions. Corina also advices business groups and funds looking to invest in Mexico through the establishment of real estate investment funds and private equity.
Given her professional experience, both in Mexico and in the U.S., as well as her academic achievements, Corina provides clients with integral advice that helps them foresee tax liabilities and tax compliance.
