We are glad to inform you that, in accordance with our firm’s corporate governance system, the General Partners Meeting of Sánchez Devanny elected Rafael Villamar-Ramos as Managing Partner of the firm beginning on July 1st. Rafael succeeds Ricardo León-Santacruz, who has been our Managing Partner since July 2019 and to whom we thank for his time and valuable contributions while in office.

In addition, Mariana Eguiarte-Morett has been chosen as the Managing Partner of the Mexico City Office, Ernesto Silvas-Medina as the Managing Partner of the Monterrey Office, and Abel Mejía-Cosenza as the Managing Partner of the Querétaro Office. Along with our new Managing Partner, they will now comprise the Board of Directors of the firm.

With these appointments, the leadership of the firm is renewed to continue with Sánchez Devanny's strategic plans and projects for the benefit of all our clients and employees.
