Eduardo García Fraschetto joined Sánchez Devanny in 2015 as part of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group. Eduardo has ten years of experience as counselor and litigator in several proceedings in civil, commercial and administrative law, before federal and local courts throughout Mexico. His expertise includes the constitutional remedy process (amparo proceedings), along with bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. Before joining Sanchez DeVanny, Eduardo participated as a partner in a Law Firm specializing in Civil and Commercial Litigation in Mexico City, attending every type of proceedings before federal and local courts throughout Mexico. He also worked in a recognized law firm specialized in Civil and Commercial Litigation, Family Matters, and Bankruptcy Proceedings, in which he started as a law clerk and became an associate. Eduardo started his professional career by joining one of the most important law firms in Mexico as law clerk in Corporate Matters, Mergers and Acquisitions.
