On January 1, 2022, the mandatory use of the Carta Porte Supplement that is attached to the CFDI of the transfer or income type to prove the transportation of merchandise at the Federal level enters into force.
The mandatory nature of this complement requires that companies in our country know in detail its applicability, the consequences of non-compliance with it, as well as the means of defense that could be implemented.
This 1-hour program will address the details of this new supplement and what companies must do to be prepared before its entry into force and avoid any mishap in the transfer of your merchandise.
