This program assesses leading companies in Mexico based on criteria such as the adoption of non-discrimination policies, the presence of a dedicated team for inclusion, the development of skills through education and training, and the execution of public actions for visibility and engagement.

Achieving the standards of this certification is a testament to our ongoing efforts at Sánchez Devanny to create a work environment where every voice is valued, respected, and celebrated. It also reflects our unwavering commitment to equal opportunities and respect for diversity in all its forms.
